Customer Service

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped from West Pittston, PA within 24 hours of being placed. Order cut-off times are at 2:00 P.M. EST, and orders placed thereafter will be batched with the next day’s orders. In recognizing that it is important that you get your order in a timely fashion, in the event that an item ordered is found to be out of stock, your order will ship and you will be refunded the difference in product and shipping costs. Please note that shipping time-lines are contingent on the individual carriers schedules. Orders placed between Friday 2:00 P.M. EST and Sunday 11:59 P.M. EST will process on Monday. Orders with expedited shipping methods including Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2Day, and Express Saver may not be able to ship as an express shipment when containing novelty firecracker / firework items, or if the order is bulky in size. Bulky orders are typically classified as orders placed for large quantities of dimesionally large items with a low weight to size ratio such as ice buckets, wine cups, toasting flutes, etc. In the event that your order is classified as a bulky shipment you will be contacted by our shipping department with the options of having your order shipped Fedex Ground, having your order canceled, or paying a higher fee to maintain the expedited shipment as is.
Shipping
We currently ship with Fedex or USPS. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

  • First Class Mail 3-5 business days (not guaranteed)
  • Priority Mail 2-3 business days (not guaranteed)
  • Priority Express mail 1-3 business days in transit (guaranteed)
Price Quotes:
Shipping prices are determined based on package weight and location. For a price quote simply add the items to your cart and enter your country and postal code in the estimate shipping and tax box. You can also email us the SKU#'s, quantity's and ship to address for a price quote.

International Shipments
We are glad to cater to customers around the world! Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Import duties and taxes vary from country to country, and you can contact your local customs office for more specific information. Customs documents and forms for international shipments will list the value of each item in the order. International Transit times:
  • First Class Mail International varies by country.
  • Priority International is 7-10 business days (not guaranteed. This method can take up to 4-5 weeks to arrive)
  • Priority Express mail is 3-5 business days in transit (guaranteed barring any delays in customs)
  • Global Express Guaranteed is 1-3 business days in transit (guaranteed barring any delays in customs)

Returns
At Factory Direct Party we do everything in our power to ensure complete customer satisfaction in every aspect of our business. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the product you receive, you can call us within 2 weeks for a return code with which to return your unopened merchandise. Upon receiving your returns, we will generate a refund to you for the products returned. Please do not return opened merchandise, as we can not extend refunds on opened merchandise. Merchandise returned without a proper return code cannot be processed and will delay or void the refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

At Factory Direct Party we will not sell, share, or make publicly or privately available any information collected from users. Information will be used strictly for the process of filling and shipping orders. Information may be shared with other parties directly involved in the processing and shipping of orders.
